The vet gave us a sample of a similar product however the vet doesn't sell the product and said this product would work the same. We mix it into the cat food to entice the cat into eating more because he is underweight. We use this product in conjunction with another product purchased on Amazon called nutri-vet hairball paw gel. This product drastically reduces the cat's vomiting. It was intended for hair balls but even though the cat vomit wasn't hairballs it cut back from daily vomiting of food particles and liquid 4 to 6 inches long to one time or less per week and a smaller amount.q

WHY did I ever start the Churu crazies at our house…WHY???? Every night now between 6:30-7:00 I have a conga line of cats following me around throughout the house until I stop and crack open the pantry door and then they completely loose it! I have had to hide the Churu containers from plain sight because they were opening the pantry door throughout the day to find them. They truly have lost their damn minds for these things!

I feed my cats a blended diet of freeze-dried meat and good quality canned food. I top the bowls of food with 1/2 packet of Churu per cat. They enjoy it, and it encourages eating (as though that pack of food-driven felines needs any encouragement...)It is also useful as a supplement for an ailing feline (though the dog likes them, too) thinned with (salt and garlic/onion free) chicken stock.The downside is that one of my cats loves them so much, he has learned to knock over the jar they come in, unfastens the screw-top lid, and engages in wholesale consumption.It's worth it, though. Highly recommended.

I use this to mix with my cat's daily liquid medicine (lactalose). I no longer have to dispense R/X by a syringe. I mix a very small amount of Salmon Churu into his meds and he laps it up. Each tube lasts for 3 days with twice daily doses. He looks forward to his daily 'treats'.

My cat is pretty picky with what he likes, so this must be great because he loves it, including all the other flavors that are fish/seafood only. He hates chicken flavor of anything.

The first treat my kitten will even try, fussy about her food. No change for her, BUT she loves these ! Will actually come to me for it. Great find.
