I cannot tell you how pleased I am with how this keychain turned out. First I accidentally selected the necklace option and pendant but contacted customer service to tell them I wanted keychains are back-and-forth conversation was very pleasant very informative and I was asked to cancel my order and choose the keychain option which I did. When I placed my order again as keychains I had made some changes to what was engraved. I was contacted and asked if I wanted the same engraving or what was sent with the keychain option. I told them I was happy with what I sent with the keychain. They stated they just wanted to clarify and make sure. Customer service is impeccable. I thought it was going to take an exceptionally long time to arrive but to my surprise they came earlier than anticipated. The packaging is nice I ordered five of the same, each came in a box inside the box the keychain was in a little Ziploc baggie and then a funnel and a poker stick in another baggie. The engraving was perfect. I never write reviews but I am so pleased with this purchase that I just had to. I ordered several of the same as I intend to give them to a couple of people because they will hold the remains of my little doggie that so many people loved and adored . You won't be disappointed

This is a very nice item. The engraving was very nice and it was shipped very quickly. It's a great size to carry on a key ring or even a necklace.

The media could not be loaded.  You can plan out each side. You can pick the font that you want. Each side was printed clearly and it was shipped quickly with care.

3 years after carrying this around everyday, the engraving is gone.

The product is made well and really nice. A little trying to put ashes in but still able to do. Love it!!!

Exactly what I ordered and came almost 2 weeks early and the chain is a perfect length thought I was gonna have to buy a longer chain I order 2 1 for my mother and 1 for myself for my brother's ashes and we're both very pleased if I ever get necklaces again in the future I will order from this seller again

I have attached this to my regular keyring and can now take a small portion of my late wife's ashes with me wherever I go. The personalization was well done, and the little sealing screw really seals well.
