POOR QUALITY PRODUCT!!!

Had anticipated the quality of the product to be much better for the price quoted...however highly disappointed that it is not upto the mark.1)Product quality guarantee card was missing.2)The advertisement says Caps are made of pure silver...however the product received was with caps blackened and with flakes peeling from the surface.3) Bead quality is questionable.It is highly likely that I received the product returned from some other customer. The retailer needs to check on the product before they are despatched to customers to prevent such issues.
