Zamberlan Z85 Gardena NW GTX Limited

First, I purchased the boots and loved them. Zamberlan boots are definitely the investment.There were minor abrasions on the leather. Being aware of Amazon return policy, I informed them I would rather keep them, but can return also.I sent photos of the abrasions. They immediately returned my letter. after contacting the manufacturer,explaining that it is from shipping and would rub out with there OEM zamberlan oil.I said that sounds good because it was the last 9.5m.Only afew days passed, and they apologized for it taking so long and credited me $40 to purchase an oil of preference. I purchased them for at least $100 below retail.Thanks for all your assistance and after taking your advice, the boots are wonderful!
