Used it for years, bone density is good!

I am a 74 year old woman who has been taking this product for almost 42 years now. I take 6 capsules a day and every year when I have my bone scan done they tell me I have the bones of a teenager. I have had numerous falls that should have shattered my bones and except for once dislocating my Femur no bones have broken. I have never been able to eat or drink any dairy products so this is my main source of Calcium. My husband had major back fusion surgery in September 2015 and I started giving him 2 capsules 3 times a day plus a sublingual Biotin and at his 9 month X-ray the Doctor was amazed at the healing. This is one of those vitamins that my doctor says I along with many women over 65 should take to prevent osteoporosis. Alas, I still have to take prolea shots every six months but these vitamins are crucial to maintaining loss of bone. Calcium is important to take!

This product allows me to keep my calcium levels up as I have a hard time with dietary needs

This is mandatory for good nerve and muscle function. My wife and I take this and we put a little on the dog's food. We have a 16 year old Cairin Terrier that had spasms. I checked all the dog food and none of it has magnesium. Since we started adding this to the dog food she has stopped the jerky movement almost completely. I wondered why dog food does not have this additive? It stops muscle cramps and it has almost totally stopped the dog spasms. Perhaps in a natural world dogs would get the calcium and magnesium from eating bones.

I was diagnosed last year with Fibromyalgia and/or Myofascial Pain Syndrome, and some googling recommended adding a cal-mag citrate/vitamin D to the daily regimen. Since I already liked the CoQ-10 from Solary CoQ10 60 mg - 120 - Capsule , I thought I'd give this cal-mag a shot as well. I started feeling a bit better shortly after adding this cal-mag to the daily mountain of pills, but I had several other changes also happening, so I cannot say for sure if this is helping me in the near term, but I have no complaints either about this cal-mag. I would buy this again.
