Osteoarthritis in my hands limited finger movement and ability to make a fist plus caused pain. After taking NEM, the pain diminished and I was able to make a fist with both hands. It has improved the quality of my life and I recommend it to anyone who has arthritis. I recommended it to a friend with knee problems which kept him from walking. After 2 weeks of NEM, he has been able to resume walking with no pain and is up to 2 miles per day.

I did not even have to finish the bottle before my knee pain went away! My chiropractor recommended this product when I injured my back. It worked. Then years later I started having knee pain, i took this product again and 2 weeks later the pain went away and did not come back. This is a great formula and quality product.

The formula is working for me. It took a long, long, long time for it to work. I saw improvement in my knee so I kept taking the pills. My knee is still weaker than my other knee, but I have little or no pain when walking. The amount of pain is totally different. I tried it and it is working for me. Don't give up, as I said it took a long, long, long time before I felted the improvement in my knee.

I'm not one to take supplements or even vitamins. After reading about the benefits of NEM I decided to give it a try for my sore knee. I run about 30 miles a week and ice my knee every day because of the pain. Within in one week I noticed my knee felt much better and now after one month I do not feel any pain in my knee, I still run the same mileage and now I do not need to ice my knee. I am shocked how much it has helped. I've bought my second bottle and plan to keep on using it.

I bought this NEM product for my 93 yr old parents. My mom took the suggested dose of 2 pills once a day and had minor vomiting the first day and stopped taking them. I called the company, explained what happened, they suggested starting with 1 pill a day or half a pill a day for 1-2 wks, if no problems, increase slowly, step by step, to 2 pills a day or continue with 1 pill a day. I can't comment on the effectiveness since my parents stopped taking the pills. It may be better to use this company's other NEM product without Glucosamine.

Have been feeling much better until today. Couldn't figure out why I was hurting in all my joints today. When I went to take my meds from my oil sorter I saw I had accidentally not taken this pill last night. This speaks volumes about how well.this works to reduce inflammation! I highly recommend this product.
