A good bargain and this scent has the smell of the holidays.

I started using this instead of tea tree oil because it was a better value and I really like the pine tree scent.Use it to soothe irritated skin and calm rashes. Just massage it into skin, it is readily absorbed and not greasy. Skin rashes and heat rashes disappeared in days. With that sucess, it made sense to gargle and clean my tooth brush with the fir needle oil and water. What a great idea! My tooth brush is very fresh feeling and I like the hint of pine that blends with my toothpaste.Then I started adding a few drops to my household cleaning products to add a fresh and natual scent. Artificial scents in products give me headaches and I avoid them.This is a great product: light, not greasy, easy to dilute and smells like a pine forest with fresh snow. :)

I was scared to buy this after reading a few reviews but I ordered it anyway to see if I would receive a good batch. I'm happy to report that it is very useful for the aromatherapy diffuser we use. The size is huge and will last a long time and the smell is strong. The instructions on my diffuser state to use a 5-6 drops, but I woudl say use 10 drops and you will get the real pine tree smell.In terms of scent / smell, it smells like pine trees that you would find in a forest. I remember visiting forests for camping and it has a similar scent like a Douglas Fir. I don't know if its necessary like a Christmas tree which was why I originally bought it, but it smells similar and for the value its great.Everyone loves it in our family. My mom was initially surprised and how well she slept after using it so I'm guessing that's a plus too.

Good value, but it seems to smell best mixing it with a balsam or similar, IMO

When you mix it with water and spray on surfaces for room scent it does smell as expected, like a fir tree. That's a relief because I made the mistake of once ordering pine oil and that smelled like a cleaner. This Fir Needle Oil has the fresh forest-like smell you want.

It does not smell like fir,However it does smell just like Eucalyptus, which I love and have had trouble with purchasing Eucalyptus oil, it seems no " Eucalyptus" oils smell like Eucalyptus! So even though is not what I thought I was purchasing, I am somewhat happy because I love Eucalyptus. Win for me instead of win win because now my house won't smell like Christmas tree. But it will still smell like Christmas thanks to some cinnamon sticks, apples, all spice and cloves.

Would definitely buy again.Great price too!!
