Good product, the manual should be available in different language, hard to operate at first because the instruction manual is not clear enough, but as soon as you understand, it becomes super easy.This tool is a must have for your kitchen, especially with the increase of the price of food and you will stop wasting food. It's also convenient as it's easy to store in any of your cabinet. However, it should have included a bit more bag.

Excellent product, I'm so glad I bought it, but to see the effect it has on food preservation is just amazing. I recommend it to everyone. It costs less than buying ziplocs a year, plus the customer service is wonderful. Used it for the first time. Worked great! I like how it has locking tabs. Our old one was all automatic but you had to hold it down quite firm until the light came on and then it would release after it was done. I like how it has options for dry or moist food and the normal or gental mode. Also loved how it comes with the storage bags/ roll and the suction hose accessory and wine cork. Not sure what the freshness is yet as I just used it and haven't tested anything I've sealed after freezing yet. It seemed to get almost all the air out. Price was great for everything included. So far so good. We'll see how long it lasts.

I purchased this product about 8 months ago. At first all was great. We packaged lots of meat and it worked really well on freezing homemade cat food. I loved the ease of stacking the bags in the freezer to save on space.Unfortunately the unit began to malfunction and did not have much suction. I contacted customer service and they were super easy to work with and helped to resolve my issue. I was sent a new unit. It works great. For the price this is a great entry level vacuum sealer.

Solid product that vacuum seals well. Lightweight so it's easy to store in the cupboard when not in use. It's not too loud when it's running either. It can sometimes be difficult to know where to put the open end of the bag inside the machine, sometimes it doesn't seal unless you put it in the exact right spot which can be a bit annoying. Better clarity on where EXACTLY to put the bag opening would be helpful. Otherwise great product!
