Pretty good for its price.
So far so good, setting up was easy. Tweaked my settings to my preference and absolutely love the quality of this monitor. As for the built-in speakers, don't mind them although would recommend to get better quality individual speakers if you intend to blast music. As for gaming I use my personal headset. As for refresh rate, I can notice a big difference jumping from a 60hz monitor. Lastly, I'll come back to further review the life span since most on here have gotten defective ones. Sadly it seems not to be G-syncible but its probably my GPU.. In case it helps anyone. I do have a Geforce Nvida 1060 6GB. Unless AMD are only allowed the "specific" settings then nevermind but with a display port can get instant 144hz. (I'm new to gaming monitors so excuse if I offend anyone or sounds very ridiculous..)

Works With G-Sync so far, Best Colors I've Found in TN
I was able to enable G-Sync with a display port cable and GTX 2070. The colors for this monitor are some of the best I've seen for a TN monitor - I have my colors set to User and brightness to 90% as I can't find a good resource for someone who has already calibrated this monitor. Changing from Native to User for me made a big difference in reducing the "pink" hue and now the colors look almost perfect (remember - this is a TN panel) I also set it to Ultra Fast setting for the response time which is EXTREMELY fast. I will update the review if I have any flickering issues, ghosting etc but for now I am very happy for this monitor that IMO is worth well over $200. Just has uglier bezels then the big boys.

Great deal
Purchased 2 24in. 144hz freesync, only vertical tilt.Great product. Got two I have been using for a couple weeks. The panels look pretty good despite being tn. Can't beat 144hz with freesync and vesa mount compatible for $150. Got an inexpensive dual arm vesa mount to go with them, and it's been a dream. I had heard that high refresh rates could make a difference, and they really do (especially in games like Rocket League, which is the only game I play where it makes more than an aesthetic difference).

It's pretty good for the price.
For starters, I'm new to DisplayPort monitors. This is my first time using a DP monitor, and from what I've read there are better options out there. When you turn the monitor off, the computer knows it, so it will rearrange all your desktop icons and windows. Some make/models have an option in the OSD to disable reporting that information to the PC, but this one doesn't. There is a similar option, but it doesn't do anything.I ended up buying a $10 HDMI dummy display dongle and plugged it into a free HDMI port on my video card, then cloned my DP monitor to that one (in Windows display settings). Now I can turn off the monitor and the PC still thinks there's a display turned on (the dummy HDMI display) so it doesn't move the icons/window layout. Also, this monitor used to be fine at night when my computer was idle. Now the screen wakes up randomly every so often, and it wakes up my other 2 monitors too and it lights up my whole room. The light has woken me up a few times it's so bright. I tried putting my computer to sleep, but it'll even wake up the computer from sleep mode. WTF??? I'm so tired of dealing with it I started putting my computer in Hibernate at night, then turning off the switch on my power supply just to be sure NOTHING turns the pc back on. I never had this issue before I bought this monitor. I didn't have the issue for the first few weeks actually, then all of a sudden it just started one day. I suppose it could have been a Windows update, but I searched the web and didn't find anyone else complaining about this issue, so I'm guessing it's not a windows update bug. When I turn off this DP monitor at night, everything is fine and the other two monitors NEVER wake up, and everything is nice & dark all night long. If I leave this one on and wait for it to go to sleep, it's just a matter of time before it randomly wakes itself up, and the other monitors along with it. Somehow this monitor is waking up the computer, as if I had moved my mouse or pressed a button on the keyboard. Friggin insane. That aside, as long as you turn off the monitor, it's pretty darn good. The colors are great, viewing angle is good, and it's got 144hz, which is a good starter monitor for gaming. I've got it hooked to a GTX1060 6GB, with G-Sync enabled (in FreeSync compatible mode) and it works great.Starting just about 2 or 3 weeks ago, sometimes the monitor will blink off for 2 seconds then back on. It doesn't do it very often, maybe 2 or 3 times a week. I haven't had it do it while gaming, but it doesn't while I'm working sometimes. I can only imagine if I was playing a game, and in a heated moment the monitor just blips off for 2 seconds and I die. I'd be so pissed.Honestly, if I could do it over again, I'm not sure I'd buy this monitor, I'd keep looking. For the most part, it's pretty good. As long as the screen doesn't blip while I'm gaming I'll keep it at 4 stars.

Best 144hz budget monitor
Just received the VX-2458 non-curved edition today. Took about a week to receive after ordering it, but I’m just glad there are no dead pixels. Very nice colors for a TN panel. Compared it next to my IPS monitor side by side and it’s pretty good. I personally don’t like the stand, but for $160 it’ll have to do. Speakers are pretty good. They can get pretty loud for me, but that’s probably because my Windows volume is already at 100. Comes with an HDMI that allows for 144hz but I got a displayport cable for the G-sync compatibility (I heard you can’t get the free-sync/g-sync experience with hdmi). Overall, if it costs less than $200 (not sure if $160 is its retail price or if it was just on sale during the time I purchased it), I would recommend getting this. Will update if it malfunctions in a month or so.Update (04/26/20):I tested the monitor on testufo.com to see if there is ghosting and turns out, there is slight ghosting when on the fastest response rate setting but no ghosting on the Standard or Medium setting. Might be due to inverse ghosting.
