Joseph Brodsky: Conversations (Literary Conversations Series)

I admired Solomon Volkov's "Conversations with Joseph Brodsky" and really cannot describe this compilation of interviews as being of equal interest. Brodsky had a brilliant mind, but so much of the text reminded me of Gore Vidal's mild distain for what he called "book chat".

Very interesting book. The conversations were on a wide range of topics but regarding poetry and his work. It gave me an insight into the poets thought process and interests
