Effective pain relief but mix in some carriers oil for ease of spreading and it can stain clothes also

Excellent product for treating Musile Spasms/Pain..Even Allopathic medicine might not give any relief .. You have apply this paste.. Leave it for am 30 minutes for best results and term wash it with warm water...

Very effective for joint pain. The only con is that it sticks onto the skin like glue after a few minutes of application. so apply a little bit of oil, massage it and then wash it off. Its a very useful product for pain relief.
