Ammex Indigo Nitrile Disposable Gloves
I need gloves when I handle my dogs raw food. These gloves are made well - they work well when I need to protect my hands from the raw food. I used to order Ammex Nitrile gloves that were lighter blue but Amazon indicated they are no longer being provided. This product is slightly more expensive than the other gloves I had purchased in the past.

Yes, they're that good (for light-medium duty)
I bought these for various heavier-duty kitchen and lighter-duty garden/yard tasks, selecting them due to their outstanding rating and low price in their category. These are NOT the thickest nitrile gloves you can buy, by any stretch, and I would NOT recommend them for heavy duty tasks, as they will tear under stress-- but WOW. I've used (and currently use) many different types of nitrile gloves, and for their class and cost, these are great performers. After my first few uses for lighter tasks, having no failures or blowouts, I decided to stress test them by wearing a pair for a greenhouse project, where I worked with a lot of tools, mixed a lot of soil by hand, and came in contact with a lot of objects that have previously destroyed thin nitrile gloves..... and yes, these did tear under that stress, but they did NOT shred. There was one tear, about the size of a dime, at the base of my left index finger. I've used more expensive (and even thicker) nitrile gloves that haven't performed nearly as well as these. These gloves will likely become a regular Amazon subscription item for me.

The ONLY gloves I will buy
These gloves are PERFECT and sized just right. I've tried to purchase cheaper ones and they are terrible quality and don't fit. These may cost a few cents more but you'll save in the long run.

Good gloves
I bought these to protect my sensitive skin while doing dishes, and they work fine for that. They're not very thick, and I get about 5 days of washing out of each pair, but they are non-irritating to me, fit well, and last long enough for me to make them my current go-to nitrile gloves. Yes, I will buy them again.

Salmonella Bacteremia
My 3.5 year old son has special needs and is fed strictly by a g-tube. Back in February, he became very ill with a fever of 105 and the absolute worst diarrhea that I have ever seen. Not to be too graphic, but the diarrhea was yellow and was literally pouring out of him like a fountain. This was happening up to 20 times a day, which is obviously not normal, but I am comfortable caring for him at home so I figured that he had a stomach bug and it would pass. Nope. This went off & on for 12 days & his pediatrician just kept telling me that he had a cold, but I did wonder why no one else in our home (2 adults & 2 other children) were not sick with any of the same symptoms. I made the decision to take him to a children's hospital for further testing and after admitting him and running some blood cultures, it was found that he had salmonella bacteremia (salmonella blood-poisoning). We stayed in the hospital for a week and my son received heavy-duty antibiotics, which will also cause even further diarrhea. It was terrible. The infectious disease doctor told me to stock up on gloves to change his diaper at home because salmonella will continue to shed in the stool for up to 6 weeks, even if the person is symptom-free. So I went to my trusty Amazon to look for gloves that would do the trick & that were latex-free since I am allergic. These gloves are AWESOME! I use them for diaper changes, g-tube care, & even handling raw chicken/meat in the kitchen. I have never had any of the gloves tear or irritate my skin. I love them so much that I actually Subscribe & Save to them every month. Highly recommend!

Exam grade, sturdy and powder-free
These gloves are perfect for my needs, and the price is very reasonable, especially on subscription. One of my sons is home after four months in skilled nursing treating a severe infection in his legs as a result of lymphedema. The home health nurses only come three times a week, so we must do must of the extensive bandaging required. It is vital to prevent re-infection, so I immediately ordered these gloves. The nurse used these today and said that they are her favorite gloves. I ordered large and they fit me fine. My palm measures 3 inches across directly under my four fingers. The gloves are sturdy and powder-free, but are easy to put on. They are not surgical quality, but are exam-grade, which is what I was told I needed.

Best of the Best
Have tried other ones for price and quality, but they all seem to be too thick, too thick with bulk and no feeling, too thin and rip too easy, But the Indigo fits your hand, allows to feel when working, and flexible, without ripping or tearing. This is my second purchase of these and have the boxes of the other brands still on my shelf
