These swabs are just wonderful. You can use for make up or so much more. I recently went through some medical issues with my eye and had to have surgery. The swabs were just great for cleaning the skin around the eye, applying medications to the area. Having the flat wide side and then the thin point worked much better then a normal swab. Plus they don't leave any fuzz to the area like normal swabs can. Also I froze them after I soaked in water and they worked incredible to ice hard to get to spots around my eye and this detail assisted with the swelling going down much faster and kept me much more comfortable.

I love the way these are packaged in individual packs of 80 in Ziploc bags. (It's a 6-pack) I use them for make-up and cleaning my pipe and my cat's ears...the list is endless. The extremely pointed end makes them a precision tool for applying make-up and cleaning it up too...(cat eyes) The wide flat end is great for wide applications and safer to clean my furry friend's ears with than they typical Q-tip. I've been using them for years and I'm so glad I found them in bulk and at a great price here on Amazon.

I always bought these in the drugstores. Then suddenly they weren't available anymore. So I went online to find their website and ordered from them directly. Once I ran out again I looked here and they stocked them. Was happy about that b/c of the free shipping. I use these basically for makeup, but sometimes they come in handy for other uses. They're sturdy, don't constantly shed or come apart. I buy a minimum of 4-6pks at a time so they're very economical.

I use these for painting and cleaning hard to reach spaces.These are great for oil painting. I used both ends to get different textures or to remove paint. Very versatile. I'm assuming they also work well for applying make-up as intended. They're a bit pricey, but they work so well that I don't mind too much.

Quantity for the price is the reason for my purchase, I'm not disappointed. I use them to clean my eyes. The point is not sharp and it is a tight wrap to the cotton; so the "soft" ends are pretty firm, and not hard. This is exactly the perfect design for my needs.My kids use them for their crafts and makeups, they too are happy with these.

I like them for when I use makeup.
