It's so tightly screwed, I'm not able to open the top part to insert the piercing. What is this?

First I thought May be it wasn’t pure steel but when I received my product it was easy to use and the quality otherwise Nevil is quite a sensitive area and got infected soon. But I am satisfied with the product l. It is worth it 👍

Pretty to look at but the size is a little big. It's too heavy and not ideal for a new piercing. It's better to use once the piercing is completely healed. It kept causing a lot of boils so had to change it.

The media could not be loaded. This is like in supppper good quality. I love the product.

It’s the worst piece of accessory one can own ! It gave me infection I’ve been wearing my old piercing for 1 year and I wore this new one for 2 days and it was already hurting .
