best loose-leaf tea maker on the market
Even as we are migrating back to the office post-pandemic, I have noticed this same / or same style tea maker is now on everyone's desk...especially the fellas from places that drink tea habitually (like me)! I am now going on my 4th unit as the bottom screen does wear out with constant use.PRO's : easiest to use, and makes a perfect cup/ pot of tea. You don't need to clean often unless you mix it up with greens and black teas a lot.CON's : seems that you could get an upgrade to a metal bottom screen... or even a replacement screen as if you are knocking out spent tea leaves eventually you will knock out the "removable for cleaning" screen and it will escape your attention not knowing that you just disabled the whole contraption by loosing the only moving part (besides the lid)Another CON: the lid is useless unless you are one of those who brews tea with an insta-read thermometer and a stopwatch.

A MUST for loose leaf tea!
I had a similar item of another brand that was well used and ready to be replaced. Im always hesitant to try new items, but was open to looking at others. After searching for a replacement, I stumbled across this item. I chose it because it also included a little drip base, which is certainly nice to have for the occasional drop of tea or condensation. I've used it a few times so far, and love it! If you drink loose leaf tea and like a simple way to make a good cup, this is the item for you! This is especially great for any rolled teas or with long leafed teas, because this allows the tea for fully open and release all of the flavor. I like to add extra tea leaves for a strong, full flavor. With this method of steeping, you've got the room to add as much as you want!

Game changer for tea drinkers!!
I have had tea strainer cups, mugs, pots, and dunkables - but this takes the cake for easiest to use. I just put the loose leaf tea in, pour in the hot water, close the lid and let it steep. The tea maker keeps all of the loose leaves in the upper reservoir so no chunks escape into your mug, and the tea comes out quickly and without leaks. Because the inside is so smooth, I have found that it is super easy to clean - much easier to clean than my mesh strainers. Now that it's so easy, I will be drinking a lot more loose leaf tea!! Highly recommended!

Nice gifts but they restrict the number you can purchase!!
I have been purchasing these tea makers along with loose leaf teas from a local tea shop as gifts for friends who are attending week-long classes on Zoom and also for some who have suffered health setbacks. They are very nice and easy to use and clean up easily. Beware though, if you want to purchase many of them, they will not allow it! Perhaps they think they are being resold which is absolutely not the case in this instance but there are many of this type of tea maker on the market so I will buy from another company. They are all about the same.

Works well
On my second one. It works well, but the tea stains get it eventually and it develops a leak - but after a good period of use.

Worth
Some reviews mentioned this leaking... It pours from the bottom, naturally not every drop is going to fall after the pour, it may drip once or twice. I've never had a significant leak come from this infuser, plus they send a coaster with it in case it drips. This infuser is easily better than the little infuser balls, plus it can contain more than one pour without oversaturating your tea.

Best way to make tea!
If paper filter bags/infuser balls make your tea taste weak and teapots and strainers are too fussy to you, this is your answer. Letting your tea steep in one of these will let all the flavor come out and stop anything from escaping into your cup. I have a few of these infusers from various companies, but the T2 is my favorite. The overall design is super sleek. Branding is minimal, and since it's molded into the plastic it won't wear off and look bad like a printed logo would. The mesh filter is very fine, and I haven't had any particles or sediment in a cup yet. The filter, lid, and pressure plate can all be removed for cleaning. I have one at work and one at home, and I'd definitely buy more if there was a larger capacity version.

Exccellent for all reasons
Easy to use, easy to clean, and it works extremely well. I use it two or three times per day and I love it.
