Excellent if you’re on a diet. I read it takes 20 minutes for the brain to receive the signal that you are full. Well it will take at least that long to open one pop. I mean these suckers are sealed tight. You will need an instrument to open it. That’s another thing that will help you lose weight. Unless you travel with something like a pair of scissors, you won’t be able to open it. None of that grabbing a piece of candy while you’re driving. You’ll lose tons of weight with these. Now, once you get inside they are tasty. The small size also insures that you won’t consume too many calories and some of those will have been burned just trying to open one.

This is a repurchase for me! Always been a classic for me when growing up and now my kids get to enjoy them too. I bought the 60count and was able to make goody bags for both of my kids classmates with extras left over. I like that these are individually wrapped and sealed tight - no tampering can be done.
