Very nice for the price!
Very nice for the price! I can admit i thought the holder for my mom's ashes would be bigger but its ok. I love the quality. Its nice and sturdy and even has the necklace (wasn't expecting that). Other places didn't include necklace so I'm very excited to have both at this price.

Great product for the price!
The necklace and everything was beautiful my only issue are the rings that attach the necklace charm to the chain and the heart to the wing pendant. nothing the seller could do this is a manufacturing issue. This is such a precious item to have such flimsy material holding on to something so important. Luckily we could go to Jo-Ann's or anywhere else that sells jewelry pieces and get reinforcements. It still is amazing piece.

Beautiful but cheaply made
I bought this necklace in Dec. 2019 to give to my youngest daughter after her older sister pass and was cremated. She loved it. I had trouble filling the necklace and the screw twisted but held. I just though it was me in not knowing how to work it. 6 months later she noticed that some of the rhinestones/gems/crystals had fallen out. I told her I would replace it but would get a different type of necklace but she wanted the same style. I hope the company that makes the Angel necklace finds a way for the stones to remain in place.

Pendant/urn portion broke!
These are lovely necklaces, however, upon placing ashes in them and giving them to my sisters both informed me that the stopper on the pendant/urn portion was faulty and caused the heart to just fall off. This was extremely disturbing. I did not fill them/give them to my sisters until a few weeks ago, having bought them in October 2020 my return window has closed. This was an extremely disturbing event for my sisters. Make sure to check that the heart with the word dad on it does not come lose before filling with the ashes of your loved one if you chose to make this purchase.

I love this Necklace ! I have The ashes of my son who is killed In it, This is actually the second 1 that I have bought, When I put around my review mirror,And wanted another 1And it wasn't available till now the only advice I can give you is take it off before you take a shower And be sure the heart is screwed in good
