Short battery life
Needs to come with extra battery or order extra but works fantastic

cheap materials and poor battery performance
The design of this blower is really good. Such a shame to waste the design on such poor construction. The variable speed switch barely works. It is basically on or off. The fan seems pretty good but the really poor battery life is a bad joke. A 2.5 Ah battery lasts about 15 minutes since you can't vary the speed much at all.

IT WORKS WELL ESPECIALLY IN TIGHT PLACES THAT RAKES C ANNOT GET TO.
I love this product. It is light enough for a woman to handle. The battery doesn't last as long as I would like but that is ok as it works well. It seems that it will not hold a charge longer than 10 minutes. I am charging it for 2 hours. Should I not keep the battery in place if it is not being used????

Not for you if you have a lot of trees. Good for little spruce-ups only.
As we expected, the power of this leaf blower does not compare to a gas powered one. The charge does not last long enough to finish our yard, so it takes us a couple days to complete the job. There is no way it will take care of our wooded lot this coming fall!

Very strong and highly convenient tool
The media could not be loaded. The powersmith 40 volt blower met my expectations for power and the light weight design. I attached a video where the,blower can move small pieces of wood in turbo mode. I use turbo mode conservatively because the battery will not last as long. Low mode will clear dry leaves and small sticks. I simply grab the blower and go to work. Charge time is 75 minutes.

Buyer beware!
Before purchasing this, you should know that it is no longer being manufactured by Powersmith. When the battery charger stopped functioning, I tried to find a replacement and not one of the retailers named by Powersmith, including Amazon, carries the replacement charger. I contacted Powersmith and was told that they could not provide me with another charger. The result is that I'm stuck with two dead batteries and no way to charge them, so the lawn blower is useless.

Handy blower
I find this blower to be just what I needed for light weight leaf work. The unit is light and easy to handle and the charge lasts long enough for me to get my jobs done.
