A few months back, I did not pass the CAST Test I was required to pass to get my dream job. I passed it once 2 years ago, so thought I was fine. I didn't really prepare for it since I passed it already and didn't study then, I figured I'm good. And combined with having a semi meltdown on test day, boy was I wrong.I've read the study book from cover to cover about 5 times now. And will continue to hone my skills until I take the CAST again. But I have learned how much I DID NOT know. It's amazing how much I've already learned and with the tips, what to look for. I can't wait to take the test again. I will not fail. I will prevail. I'd like to take the book for the help

This was very helpful for my husband. It really helped break down the sections so that he could get a grasp on the styles of the questions the test asks. A lot of it he needed to be reminded of and it came back readily. However, he did say that the actual CAST test was more difficult than the practice questions in the book. Overall though it was still a good resource to get a grasp on the style of the test, the types of questions that would be asked, and a guide for understanding how to choose the correct answers.

I really like how fast the book came and i also like how the book is set up. The book really met my needs to pass my CAST test.

I used this to prepare for the upcoming CAST test. The test questions were harder than presented in the book., however the book helped tremendously.I am very happy I purchased it.I passed the CAST test my first time this past August of 2018 and now I am interviewing for a lineman job at Duke Energy here in 2 weeks.

I bought the Cast Exam Secrets Study Guide. I rate this book at a 4. This seems like a good study guide, I will change my rating to a 5 after I take my first Cast test to see if this book really covered what I should study. I am trying to get a job with Duke power here in Eden NC so I hope this will help with test.
