Great product although it is on the expensive side for a poster. That said, it's clear, concise and very user friendly. Each exercise is explained and the pictures clearly demonstrate how each movement should be performed. The poster also tells you how many reps and sets required for muscle building or just toning. So to recap, clear, user friendly, laminated for duration.
