All of these roof mounted air conditioning units use the standard 14X14 rv roof vent hole to mount.

Does it come with a thermostat

NO, it does not come with a thermostat. I was able to use the existing thermostat, and the control box the thermostat connects to, in the installation of the new roof unit.
