While I’m not a fan of the fish oil smell the new formula does much better to mask that. Love the confort of knowing I’m getting the right vitamins to nurse my Little one. Plus it never hurts to keep those vitamins up, It’s helped me so much at fighting off those lovely daycare viruses so much I might keep up with these for a little pass when I stop nursing!

I love these. Started since day 1 of my baby being born. I started a different brand one time because these were out of stock and my supply dipped! No bad taste and easy to swallow. However you will have to supplement with Vitamin D as well.

These are my favorite post-natal vitamins.They don't have any funny taste to them, don't make me burp and I recently had a blood test done and everything looks great. I'm breastfeeding and I have a lot of stress in my life right now and highly contribute to my good blood work due to taking this supplement postpartum.The only remark I have is that the pills are pretty big so if you have a hard time swallowing bigger pills, this might not be the product for you.Otherwise I highly recommend these postnatal vitamins.

Good prenatal vitamins. A bit if an after taste but you will have that with most non gummy prenatals.

I believe it helps growing my hair after pregnancy I highly recommend all mothers to use it
