I've only used it a little since I bought it but this oil does help with sleep! I take it before bed, a little less than half the dropper. The taste is very peppery but the "hot" sensation goes away fairly quickly and I think I have a more restful sleep.

Great product, exactly what I was expecting. I would’ve given it five star. The reason for the four star is because it says it will come with dropper on all the video advertisements or reviews, but I did not get a dropper. I wish it came with it.
