The love everything about this, it's sleek, quality feels nice, the water pressure is great! I love the gold color! I get a lot of compliments on this. I'll provide any updates if I have any issues, but so far so good! I would recommend!

We purchased this pot filler to replace a slightly cheaper pot filler that leaked immediately. We installed this one over a month ago now and so far so good. Works well and looks nice. It feels sturdy. Installation was simple. If it leaks I will update this review.

Pot filler is beautiful, but started to leak two months after it was installed. Trying to contact seller as they have a 5 year warranty against leaking. Supplier sent parts to fix problem. Works Great!! Thank you.

Update: Plumber friend helped me out and took this on as a personal challenge. He explained that the fitting that goes into the pipe should be slightly tapered on both ends to ensure a tight fit. He replace the fitting, added plumber’s tape and “pipe dope” and I am at day 3 with an awesome faucet and a dry wall!! The faucet is sturdy, beautiful, has great reach and pressure. I couldn’t be happier. I love the two handle design. Shuts off easily. I never thought I’d use it as much as I have ! The company did send an email and asked for more info on the leak. I sent info and in the meantime the plumber was here. The seller offered to replace the fitting. I am pleased they reached out. They did not replace fitting as my friend had already done so. Original post: Beautiful faucet but leaky at wall connection… just when I thought it was no longer leaking, after removing and then replacing tile, I discovered it was still slowly dripping into the wall....again. Plumber post was right when he explained- the threading is wrong……

Works as well as the far more costly big name brand it replaced, and to which it looks nearly identical, that refused to honor its lifetime warranty. All these potfillers eventually start to leak at the hinges. Not sure if this will have a replacement part when the time comes or if it becomes more landfill.

Had to uninstall and reinstall a couple of times with a lot of thread tape and brush on thread sealer. Finally got it to stop leaking, then about four years later it starts leaking again. I would pass on this product.

UPDATED: I take full responsibility for my poor initial review (below) The instructions are pictures with little writing. The “shank” is brass and has a large hole on one end and an Allen wrench receptacle on the other; The instructions show the Allen wrench in the end of the shank and the other in the faucet body. What is doesn’t explain and where my misinterpretation came from is that your Allen wrench must be long enough to pass through the large opening in one end pass through the shank and fit into the allen end and that’s the end that threads into the faucet body. I truly apologize for my unnecessary initial review. So far the faucet seems to be of good quality. Instructions could be a bit better. Original review, NOT applicable now: “Unbelievable... just received this faucet and the first part I attempt to assemble does NOT fit. See photo; the threaded brass “shank” is much larger than the threaded hole in the bottom of the “faucet body” NOT HAPPY!!! Let’s see how long it takes to get this fixed!! Seller? Your turn. This is unsatisfactory on every level!!” Seller I apologize for the initial poor review.

mostly ok to install, it is a faucet so water connections need to be made, I added mine to a sprayer hole on the stainless steel sink and had to install a dbl cold water shutoff for the pot fill and my main faucet. The pot fillers are made to be on rigid counter tops, the metal sink doesn't have the same stability as a counter top would have, so there is flex or movement when I swing it out. It also has an aerator which inhibits the faucets full flow. I probably only need to spend a few minutes and drill out the aerator so it flows more full, I did take the aerator out and tried the water but it sprayed out more than flowing down to the sink. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product
