Does this have the same lovely scent as the regular renewal facial lotion?

Honestly, I've never used the regular renewal facial lotion, only the lite as I have very oily skin. The fragrance to the lite I would describe as a nice, refreshing clean scent. Maybe even a little lemony/citrus like. I would encourage you to try the lite. The scent is nice and I'm very picky about how things smell!

Is this good for dry combo skin as well?

Yes. My skin is a little on the dry side. I love this cream and having been using for several years.

does this have an SPF facor?

This product does not have SPF in it.

is this lite facial lotion or regular?

This one is the regular. The lite one specifically says, Epionce Renewal Lite Facial Lotion for combination, oily and problem skin. If you go on Amazon and type in Epionce, the regular one pops up in the first couple of rows the one for oily skin is down a ways.
