Good customer service!
The media could not be loaded. Update: I got in touch with them and they decided to correct the problem by sending a new replacement box, I'm very grateful to them and as I said before the product has very good quality.I bought it because I've used this brand before and I know it is of good quality, but it was very disappointing to see the condition it arrived in, there were no stains, the ink was already dry when it arrived, so I assume the seller saw the condition on the which was shipped, I'm very upset with this purchase.

Too dry, very poor ink flow for Montblanc fountain pends
It fits international standards, and yes it fit into all my Montblanc pens.... But it is simply too dry. Compared to other more "wet" ones, it dries out so quickly, the pens aren't happy and it has been incredibly frustrating. The colour is fine but the ink flow has been a nightmare. The difference in quality and ease of use has been night and day between this and the official Montblanc cartridges, unfortunately.
