The taste is good, especially with ice in the blender. I have only followed the diet for 5 days and lost 5 pounds on Take shape for life. I will order this again.

This tastes okay--but it is not nearly as tasty as the Optifast Shakes. This tastes more medicinal and overly chocolatey.

The Medifast Shape for Life Program is amazing. The fat melts away and it will shape your sugar intake. If you are ready to loose the fat and keep it off this is the program for you.

I am not rating this based on taste. I am basing it on the ad itself. The ad clearly states 70 shakes., one box contains 7 shakes. Customers should know this is only one box of 7 shakes. Not sure why the number 70 is listed. It was very disappointing. Thought I was getting a great deal.

Awful tasting but better than the vanilla.

I love the rich chocolate taste that satisfys my cravings. I mix this up in my blender and it's quite frothy and rich. Keeps me satisfied until my next meal.

the shake was easy to dissolve in water, kept my appetite reasonably controlled but had after taste. I am not a big fan of artificial sweeteners since they are so strongly linked to cancer so I won't be using this product again
