Defective Product
Received a defective product. Returned to seller. Refund received from the seller. However, the seller did not refund the return courier charges. Disappointed with the seller more than the product.

Worked, but...
The product itself worked very well in nearly eliminating the hum, but the item received by me had a problem with one of the 2 channels. It is also priced very high in India compared to the US.

Good product
It can only remove hum if the hum is caused by ground loop. It cannot remove hum caused by pre-amp noise or something else so it is important to learn what is "ground loop" before buying this product.
