So I've tried a lot of supplements and most of them I've ended up either throwing away or simply not repurchasing. I'm not guided by how something makes me 'feel' as that's either placebo, toxic, or an addictive substance. I track what I start taking, usually in isolation, vs a cross section of bio-metrics (ie sleep duration and disturbances, heart rate, bp, endurance - regressed to mean, etc.). I'm amazed this stuff isn't pumped into the water supply. Anecdotally (again, this isn't worth anything as it could be placebo effect), not only do I feel sharper but my cognitive metrics show improvement pretty significantly. This isn't a smart pill that will allow you to pick up ancient Sumerian overnight, so don't expect something radical, but it would seem that significant cognitive benefits could present. Where I have noticed something radical is in a 20%+ reduction in HR (pulse) without an increase in BP. You should know that I have an adult diagnoses of ADHD that puts me in the top 1% of the population with attention issues. Testing done pre-medication and after a year of meds (Obviously in combination with behavior modification) has shown a radical improvement. Because of this stimulant meds are a legitimate and consistent part of my life. The only downside has been a resting HR of between 85-100, even with proper exercise and nutrition. Since I've started taking the S-Acetylated form of Glutathione my resting HR has dropped to 55-70 bpm. That's with 60-75 mg of Adderall a day. I'm pretty much towards the top of the recommended daily amount of Amphetamine salts and I have a resting hr of 55-70 bpm - WITHOUT light-headedness, tingling, ED, or increased BP. Short of marathon runners that's insane. I do take curcurmin with it, which possibly potentiates the glutathione, though the curcumin I was taking before ergo that couldn't explain the cardiovascular improvement. This stuff is pretty phenomenal.

This company is great. Very pure and no extra fillers etc. this oral glutathione actually does work really well. I can feel a difference when I take it. Whatever process they use to make their product it makes their oral glutathione absorbable which usually isn’t in oral forms in pills. But I can certainly tell a huge difference when taking it. I like to take them off and on but highly recommend taking while traveling, especially flying. It helps with the oxidative stress of flying/traveling. Always makes a huge difference for me post flights :)

There has been some debate about oral absorption of glutathione. After seeing this in action, I believe the debate has been firmly settled: it works. My son took this for relief of concussion symptoms -- and it did seem to roughly halve his recovery time versus his previous concussion. He was back to a normal functioning level in about 4-5 days, instead of 8-10 with his first concussion. Also, we did not start treatment until 1.5 days after the concussion happened, so the results could potentially have been better. Links are not allowed in here, but you can see more info about glutathione and concussion by doing a search for "sports illustrated concussion glutathione" The concussion results were good, however, an even more dramatic and visible effect was a complete eradication of all acne. His face and skin basically glowed after several days of supplementation -- it was a very dramatic change. Why this is not standard treatment for acne, over and above such risky treatments as Accutane, I have no idea. The dosage we tried was 3 capsules in the morning, and 3 capsules in the evening. This is slightly above the recommended dosage on the label. He took this dosage for roughly a week. About 1 or 2 weeks after stopping supplementation, the acne returned to its previous level.

About 7 years ago I sustained catastrophic injury from Ciprofloxacin (Fluoroquinolones). I have severe issues with imbalance, dizziness and profound weakness in my legs. (My legs felt like wood, as if not a part of my body, very little sensation). I researched this thoroughly and the brand as well. Plain Glutathione does not have the bioavailability that acetylated Glutathione does. Moreover, most of them contain “reduced Glutathione” version from China. This does not. It is pricey, I wish it were not. Hard for me to afford this price, but it is a competitive price. I will keep taking for as long as I can because I had noticeable benefit in less than 48 hours. After a week, it was amazing how much stronger my legs are and there are places where it feels as if sensation is actually returning after 7 years!
