Stays cold for an acceptable amount of time. Can also be laid flat to run from ankle to knee as I have had to do lately because of shin pain. Rolls up to go in plastic bag to put in freezer.

This is my second purchase my 1st one lasted 17 yrs and so it was time it replace, lol. THIS IS A VERY GOOD WRAP feels cold and comforting I never used it as a warmer so I can’t say anything about that, From sprained backs and ankles and knee pain from a broken leg this has been great! Cover comes off you can wash it in the washer and the gel pad can be wiped down, the Velcro is strong and durable never had a problem with it not sticking. Well worth the price

Just like the ones used in my PT. Easy to manipulate (for ankle injury). Velcro works great. Fabric keeps it from being too cold. Only downside is that it doesn't remain cold for very long. I would estimate 20 minutes before it's less effective.I would buy again.

Great product, stays supple and bendable when frozen, does not hold the cold for a super long time but long enough to do what needs to be done. Cover is a bit hard to keep nice as the velcro will snag on it. Something tight weave cotton would be better. Purchased both a smaller and larger size and use both every day for a leg injury.

There are no sharp irritating corners or edges. The wrap is soft and conforms to your body.

This cold wrap is Amazing! Sooo much better than the standard gel cold packs you buy at the store(that turn into a hard block of ice when frozen). This product is soft, flexible comfortable & lightweight on my injured knee. I find that it stays cold for about 30 min. at a time. Other reviewers indicated product did not stay cold for long. I notice that mine may not feel cold on the outside but the inner layer as well as my knee is still cold. I believe this is how it was designed to work. Highly recommend!

This wrap was recommended by my physical therapist. I have used them for chronic back and knee problems for years, and love them! I only purchase this one, as I gave mine to my mother for use after she sustained an injury. Always have one in my freezer!

I have rotator cuff tears and pain in shoulders and down arms. The physical therapist used these wraps after my sessions and I asked where I could get them. They are so easy to use on my shoulders and arms and help relieve the pain, especially when the pain wakes me during the night. Hopefully they will help me heal and get through this ordeal.
