Not CARBON FIBER picks
These are not made of CARBON FIBER , these are Nylon picks, and there is a big difference between them. The density, attack and feel is way better of carbon fiber picks.

Plectrums are small to hold
The plectrums are little small for holding especially when one is playing chords, the grip becomes insufficient, better to go for a larger version of it.

I miei plettri preferiti. Presa ergonomica e non si piegano manco a provarci. Consigliato per tutti i generi hard rock e metal; veramente perfetti.

I've tried out pretty much every style of pick I could find and these are by far the best. I disagree with the poster that says these are not good for noobs. These just simply make playing much easier due to the extra control you have, so they are great if you're a beginner or pro. Other picks by comparison feel sloppy and loose. They are either too flat, with less pick shape to articulate the notes, are too big and clumsy, or floppy and feel like the pick is flapping in the wind. These are contoured around the edge to give plenty of angles attack against the string, they are nice and grippy with the textured pattern for your fingers and are the right level of stiffness without being overly rigid. With respect to these being good for both pros and noobs, using a relatively rigid pick like this makes your timing much more precise. Using a floppy pick is like playing the piano with an inch of foam taped around your fingers. It makes it hard to control when the note is played. With a guitar, the note is sounded when the pick leaves the string and floppy picks create an extra degree of uncertainty about when that happens, like trying to play the guitar through a spring. Floppy picks create a lot of extra work that you definitely don't want to have to deal with especially if you're starting out. The only thing floppy picks might be good for is adding difficulty to your playing so that when you play with a good pick like the dunlop, it's much easier by comparison. But if you just want to play guitar and have the notes come out like you intend, this pick is what you want. These are the best there are out jar full of picks I have. Highly recommended!

These picks are solid, they're thick and carbon fibre, very long lasting. I use picks on a bass and run through picks very quick, so far I've noticed no nicks or deformation on these, they are solid. They have a very sharp tip, so there's practically no resistance when plucking strings - because of this you don't get that "chug" sound that you sometimes get when you strike the string with a thick pick - with these picks you only really get the note sound when plucking. They're quite small though, it takes a couple minutes to get used to, but once you're used to them, you'll love them, these Jazz IIIs in particular also don't slip or fall out your hand, they are very grippy. The tone is quite dull, so for electric guitar and bass they are fine, you can adjust your amp as necessary to get the tone you want, but acoustic players might want to get a thinner pick. Very good for the price, definite value - with a pack of 12, I won't have to be some more picks for a while.
