Accurately described by the seller.I don't often review products but this unit is worthy of doing so.The unit was set up on my work bench before making a permanent installation, well worth doing.Following the enclosed manual, set up is easy.Connect the DVR to a monitor (not supplied) switch on and wait a couple of minutes for the DVR tosearch for each camera, 4 pictures should appear.Spend time learning the extensive on screen menus.Install the cameras in your chosen locations.You may need to extend the mains adapter cable for each camera, available on amazon from Kenable,(make sure you purchase the correct pin size).When installed the cameras automatically change to infra red as the light changes.The picture quality is excellent both day and night.The DVR has now been recording for 4 days 24/7, the 1TB disc drive is only 1.8% used. When the disc is full the oldest files will be over written first.Two minor questions were answered in a few hours by :[email protected].

The cameras are very good very easy to install I've only had one problem after 2 months of the cameras being plugged in in two of the cameras have stopped working and I am also having trouble logging into it as it is asking me for a password but I have not put one on it I just plugged it in

This is the second security camera system I have used. Its the first with a NVR Network recorder as opposed to a cloud based solution (which requires a subscription). I'm a bit techy, so this system (after reading instructions) is relatively easy to set up. But I wanted to cover my yard which is approx 50m from the NVR (hub). After a while I found the repeater function which allows each camera to link wireless to each other. Effectively a daisy chain. So it all does what it should do. The App on the phone allows you to get all the features of a cloud system, but it appears not to do sound. This is critical for our application, if its not for you then this is a great system,

I cannot be happier with this 4 camera system... this is not the first one I have bought from this company and it certainly won't be the last. I install CCTV systems and this one is perfect for DIY or professional installation. The cost was really good (less than £300 for the 4 camera unit) Very easy to install and the picture quality is spot on... no setting up... plug the cameras into a power-point and they set themselves up to the control box (which is also the recorder) ... I was extremely pleased. I think I had the system up and running inside of 2 hours... Once installed,easy to use,no problem

Item was not advertised correctly. Description clearly says 1080p with 2.0 mega pixel cameras. When it arrived it clearly says on the box 720p and cameras only being 1.3 MP quality ( 960h) . I actually chose this to buy this system as I wanted a 2mp system. I could of got the same quality system cheaper on Amazon if I wanted a 720p system. Unfortunately I had to use the system for a family member. Amazon offered to take the item back however we needed it. I definitely wouldn't buy from a seller who lies about a product. Chances are the average buyer wouldn't even noticed or less there clued up on what to look for

Set up with wi fi needs very good coverage put two using wi fi the other two with Ethernet cables, the instruction leaflet is very basic,leads from camera needs to be longer as can be disconnected very easy from outside

Started off ok then the dvr stopped working no customer support at all not very good
