Very disappointed with this item. Firstly, it had a US plug on it and wasn't compatible with 240v UK sockets, so we had to buy an additional transformer. Then once we'd bought that we plugged the item in and it was so noisy our dog fled. Perhaps it was broken, I don't know but it was extremely loud. Un-usably loud. My husband has Wahl clippers for his hair and they are of a much higher quality and are very quiet. These looked as if they could be fake.

Waited some 3 weeks for it to arrive. On inspection I found that it was fitted with a FLAT 2 PIN PLUG. not to worry I thought I have an adaptor. Good job I checked the rating plate its 12.5V This is not for he UK market so why is that not stated? and why is Amazon selling it as such. I'm now waiting or a refund and find I'm £14.50 out of pocket as I had to pay for the postage. Not Happy

Bought it to clip my dogs hair plug it and motor burnt took nearly 3 weeks to deliver for a new paper weight wouldn't advise anyone to buy this product from seller also it us style plug so ya need a adapter which I don't remember it saying on page so if you want a paper weight in style of a clipper then it's perfect for you just not me

This arrived scratched and with a US plug. It is made for 60HZ not 50 here in the UK and 120 volts not 240. No wonder people had theirs smoke and catch fire. I'm returning mine.

This is a scam. Product does not meet the requirements, was sent broken and ended up smoking 1’ after it got connected to the socket. It doesn’t work with European socket types

Useless as it does not have UK electric plug Checked the description, it does not mention it Can’t comment on ease of use as I can’t switch it on

From the first day it has too much noise with burning smell, become hot and after sending request for returning, no answer from them! they are not responsible for the device that they are selling

Es la segunda cortadora wahl para mascotas que adquiero, si la primera me habia resultado muy buen, esta parece tener incluso mejor calidad, las peinetas tienen un plástico muy resistente, el filo es excelente, hace poco ruido, cumple muy bien su funcion... si se calienta pero nada que te impida trabajar... yo la uso alrededor de 40min seguidos y sin ningún problema, la súper recomiendo para mantener a tu mascota reluciente yo la uso con un cocker que requiere mantenimiento de su corte cada 16 dias, no trae cd de como cortar el pelo, pero si un estuche rigido para todos los componentes

I m opening this product today for my pet purpose 22.11 2025. But I brought it on September 2025. I can't check it because I trust amazon. But today I was wrong amazon gave me defective product and before used this trimmer by some one. I don't know how I exchange this
