Well-Designed, Solid Ribbon Storage with Thoughtful Details
This craft ribbon storage rack is a really well thought out design, and I was impressed with the overall quality. Even though the wood is unfinished, it is very well sanded. There isn’t a single area that feels snaggy, splintered, or rough, which is important since this is something you’re constantly reaching into and handling. It does come with a small screwdriver, but I highly recommend using at least an electric screwdriver. I used a power drill on a low setting to assemble it. If you try to put this together using only a hand screwdriver, it can end up feeling wobbly. This rack really needs to be assembled tightly to feel solid, and once it is, it’s sturdy and well balanced. One thing I really like about this design is that the ribbon sits directly on the rack instead of being loaded onto spindles. With spindle-style ribbon holders, you usually have to remove the entire spindle just to take off one roll, which can quickly turn into a mess. With this rack, you can remove a ribbon when it’s empty without affecting the other ribbons, which makes it much more user-friendly. It won’t hold huge bulk rolls of ribbon, so keep that in mind, but it fits standard-sized rolls very nicely. I especially like the sliding wooden pieces that keep the ribbon spools in place. That is such a clever feature and really helps keep everything organized. I also like how the ribbon feeds through the slots, making it easy to pull out and cut cleanly. I haven’t filled mine completely yet, but I attached a photo to show how it looks with a few spools placed on different levels. Another really nice extra is the clear ruler built into the bottom. It lifts out easily, so you always have a measuring tool right there, which is a thoughtful and practical touch. There are also two hooks on the side. I’ll probably hang a pair of fabric scissors on one of them, which I think is a great addition. There are hangers on the back if you want to mount it on a wall. I personally wouldn’t use them because hanging it would slightly limit the size of ribbon rolls you can use, but it’s nice to have the option if space is an issue. Overall, this is a really nice product. I don’t think $35 is too much to ask for the quality and the smart design. As long as you assemble it using a drill, it ends up being a solid, functional ribbon storage rack that I would definitely recommend.

Sturdy, well made rack - great for organizing my machine embroidery supplies
I got this ribbon rack hoping I could use it to organize my machine embroidery supplies, and it worked out better than I hoped. My dissolvable stabilizer and backing both come on spools and the removable spindles were perfect to store them, and I could thread the material through the other spindles as guides to easily cut to length. The hooks on the sides keep my scissors handy. I used the top and bottom racks with the slides to snugly store my 8x8 stabilizers, so all my supplies are in one place. Nice bonus that it comes with a ruler that sits in the base to measure your cuts. It would also work great to organize ribbon spools like it’s made for. :) The rack itself took a little muscle to assemble (I deducted one star) with the wood screws, but the directions (both written and video) were easy to understand and it came with extra screws and a screw driver. It also can either sit on your work surface or mount to the wall (I didn’t try this), which is nice if you need that option.

Thoughtfully Designed Ribbon Storage That Actually Makes Sense
I don’t run a big shop or anything. I got this purely for my craft room because my ribbon and washi tape situation was getting out of hand, and I needed a better way to store and use what I already had. This ribbon rack's really well designed. It feels like someone who actually crafts had a hand in it. The wood's smooth, well-sanded, and unfinished (in a nice way). Nothing snags, nothing feels flimsy, and once assembled it seems solid and stable. I really like how the ribbons sit directly on the rack instead of being trapped on long spindles. Being able to remove one empty roll without disturbing everything seems like such a small thing, but it makes a huge difference. The sliding wooden pieces that keep the ribbon in place are especially clever. They keep everything tidy without locking you into a rigid setup, and feeding ribbon through the slots makes it easy to cut cleanly. The built-in ruler on the bottom is another surprisingly useful touch. It’s removable, easy to grab, and means I always have a measuring tool right there when I need it. The side hooks are great too. I hung scissors on one of them. Talk about convenient! Assembly took a bit of effort. Everything lined up well and it comes with all the hardware and tools needed. Honestly, I’d recommend using a drill on a low setting if you have one though. Just to make sure everything's nice and tight. (And to save your hands from fatigue.) Once it’s together, it's sturdy and well-balanced. I’m using it on my crafting table for now rather than mounting it on the wall, but I really appreciate having both options. Overall, this feels like a smart, functional piece of craft storage rather than something gimmicky or decorative. It holds standard ribbon sizes really well, keeps everything visible and easily accessible, and actually improves how I work in my space. For me, it was absolutely worth it.

Make sure to support it
This was a bit of a pain to put together since the pre drilled holes weren't far enough in. I didn't want to get my power drill as I thought it would crack the dowels. The dowels feel like they would break easily if you aren't careful. It includes hanging hardware if you want to hang it on the wall or you could use the provided double sided tape to put it on a desk. If you don't use one of these expect it to get knocked over as it is thin and fall. My wife is planning to use this to store her various tape she uses in her art studio and I think this would work good for that. Besides the assembly being a pain and the flimsyness of the dowels I would rate this higher.
