wonderful taste. Quite sweet but that is from grape must not added sugar. A light drizzle on salad....delish.

A versatile culinary product
Gorgeous, syrupy sweet with a complex taste, this will be finding a few uses from with goat's cheese to sweet meat glazes and salad dressings etc, a little known Italian secret.

Tasted like vinegar
I used this to make Christmas sweets and it ruined them. This is supposed to be much sweeter but it just tasted off and like vinegar. I am going to make my own from now on.
