Perfect substitute for the Sub Zero OEM part at a fraction of the cost. Easy install. Fixed my fridge at a fraction of the service cost. Just need a screw driver, a pair of pliers, a knife and some electrical tape. Find the Subzero service manual on line for your model, by pressing the keypads in the right sequence, my fridge actually ran a self diagnostic and put up a code that this was the part that needed to be replaced.
