I’ve been taking this product for about two weeks now, after a referral from a friend. I’m currently dealing with what I believe is a form of postpartum depression since weaning my baby, but I’m hesitant to go back on a prescription anti-depressant, as I’ve been on them before and had negative side effects. After hearing a friend tell me how St Johns Wort has helped her, I decided to try for myself. Since taking St Johns Wort, I do feel better. I haven’t noticed a radical change, but I do feel more motivated and less depressed. The only side effects I’ve noticed since taking St Johns Wort is more headaches than usual (which could just be a coincidence) and vivid dreams (which hasn’t bothered me at all). My husband says I’m snoring more than usual, so instead of taking this at night like I normally do, I’m going to take it in the morning and see if it makes a difference. Overall, I’m very happy with the product and have seen positive results. I would recommend this product to others.

First and foremost I must say I am deeply satisfied with the amount of care that has been put into the making of this product. So far this product seems to do what it is intended to do. I generally feel better than I was before before the recommendation from my doctor was provided. My only thought would be could a high mg provide any different result(s)...

I could hardly feel anything from this brand of St. John's Wort by "PurePremium." The herbs seem dead, or not present. When you open up the bottle, you can't smell the St. John's Wort, which is a bad sign.I am used to getting St. John's wort from Oregon Wild Harvest, which makes me feel amazing. You can smell the vitality and strength of the herbs from a bottle of the Oregon Wild Harvest St. John's Wort.Stay away from PurePremium St. John's Wort.

I had been taking prescription medication for anxiety and depression for several years and went off of them under my doctors supervision. I tried the PurePremium St. John's Wort and it keeps me level. I much prefer it over prescription meds.
