Bought for my hubby as he always have sore neck and shoulder muscles. Be says he the weight of it is not too light nor too heavy, its nice and snug and fits perfectly. The button snaps very smoothly and doesnt come undone easily. He likes the different temp settings and the auto shut off incase he fell asleep with it on. I tried it and reaply like it. It heats up nice and soothed my sore muscles.

This heating pad is a game changer over my flat, plastic-y thinly covered square one. My issues needing heat are primarily my neck and shoulders and thanks to a colleague, I was told there were heating pads that conform to this shape to tackle the whole of your neck and shoulders easily. She was right! This item seems like very good quality. It’s nicely weighted to stay in place, the velvet/like material very soft, and the snaps help to perfectly position it on my body. The pad heats up very quickly and has a thorough deep warmth. The only less than positive feedback I have is the heat itself. I know I’m not tolerant of direct contact with high heat (hot tubs and hot foods challenged me more than most), but setting 1 is more than enough heat for me. In fact, sometimes it is borderline too much. The product description says it ranges from 108 to 144 degrees, so I must be talking about the 108. I’ve clicked up once to experience level 2 but I will not be trying 6 (144 deg) for fear of pain. I’ve ready professionals don’t recommend heat for injuries much above 113 so I feel like those higher settings may be overkill. I would love to have another setting one or two clicks below the current “1”, but this isn’t enough of a complaint for me to return it and try anything else. Using this strictly on 1 is fine by me.

I was a bit skeptical if this heating pad would give me the heat I needed on the side of my neck, but it provided the heat I needed on both sides, back of neck and upper back below neck. I am very impressed with the quality and heat distribution of this product. It is helping my knotted muscle significantly. It has a timer, providing auto shut off. The size fits well, as I am 6'2". I highly recommend this heating pad for anyone needing heat for their neck and upper back.

This type of electric heated pad was recommended by my PT, I found it on Amazon. It works miracles, after one year of use I bought another one for my husband because he was jealous of my pad! It’s so relaxing that I fall asleep all the time I use it. It helps with muscle pain. It has a multiple settings(my favorite is # 5). Not too hot but enough. I love this heated pad and recommend to buy it for sure.

Best heating pad I have owned. Heats up quickly with multiple heat settings, pad is soft and weighted, very comfortable heat, remote very easy to use. Weighted pad keeps pad in contact with body. Timer is great and will automatically shut off. This covers neck and shoulder with even heat all over.

I don't see the value/expense of putting the ceramic beads around the edge to supposedly hold the heat because the heat coils do not extend out to the edges as advertised. The edges dont get warm at all and therefore none of the ceramic beads on edge do either. I do like the shape for staying on over the shoulders however its not that wide. Since heat does not go to the edges if I want heat on my outer shoulder I have to leave it unsnapped and pull to one side to cover shoulder in actual heat. Therefore only able to do one shoulder at a time, hence the 3 star rating. Also not convinced there are actually 6 different temps. They all feel pretty much the same. I just put it on high most of the time. I do like the timer feature is nice and works well.

The voltage is not mentioned in the specifications and now I cant use it because our power supply is 220 volts not 120 V I will try and return it
