I wanted to share some feedback regarding the bridge product. While I appreciate its design, I have encountered some issues with its durability, particularly when used by a toddler. The support for the drawbridge broke, but I was able to temporarily repair it using a skewer stick. Additionally, I've noticed that the screws tend to loosen over time, and unfortunately, I lost one of them. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in obtaining spare parts or guidance on how to address these concerns.
