Good choice of rice
Would suggest this if you are looking for clean brown rice. If it would have been cost friendly would have given 5 stars! Still I regularly buy this.

Genuine Brown Rice
Writing this review after using 3 kg out of 5.Its a genuine brown rice. retains its natural brown color after cooking.But the grains are very thick,,unlike the India Gate or Dawat Basmati Brown rice.I use the open pot cooking method which is perfect for any kind of brown rice...…..Wash the rice thoroughly.Add 2 cups of water, for 1 cup of rice .Keep the, thick bottom pot on the smallest burner of your gas stove ,and bring it to a good boil on high flame.After it comes to a good boil, keep the flame on lowest , cover the pot and let it cook 15 to 20 minutes till its done. check and mix it in between once or twice, The cover on the pot should fit on the pot perfectly, allowing the least amount of vapour to escape.If more amount of vapour escapes, you may need to add 1/2 cup pf water in the end, if rice is slightly undone.

Not good product
Rice has pesticides smell, all packets are in same situation. After thoroughly rinsing also it smells very harshly

Great Buy
The picture attached with this review is the last portion from my purchase. And it had been cooking and cooked this way only with pressure cooker ever since i received this Manna Brown Rice. There seem to be no problem with it at all. Yes, the rice is short.... not long like some other brown rice brand, and maybe not the tastiest, but it does its job.I don't understand why there are so many negative comments.If its not the actual brown rice we think but some other rice brown in color, then yes, we all will be fooled miserably by the seller. But i don't think that's the case.Just cook it in a pressure cooker, add adequate amount of water depending on the portion of the rice at high flame. Wait for it to whistle 3 times, then keep the flame at lowest, and wait for about 15 minutes and DONE. SIMPLE🤷🏻♂️
