Tasty but hard? I don’t understand the people saying these are too hard, it’s not a piece of fresh cheese…. These are very good and super tasty. I think they’re just right on the savory level. These are great especially if you’re doing keto.

They tasted like plastic

I enjoyed the products overall, but they all taste pretty much the same from one kind to the next. I ate the four different varieties within a day of receiving them, two on the day I got them and two the next day. The flavor, overall, reminds me of when you get shredded cheese that touches the side of the pan in the oven and caramelizes there, and I dig that flavor. Not so much burnt, but definitely drier. Mine were not oily or "greasy" like other reviews have touted. The salt is there, but its cheese, so I expect that when its oven baked/dehydrated, that that flavor will concentrate a fair amount. The very slight difference in taste is the jalapeno one. I didn't expect the heat and flavor like from a fresh or pickled jalapeno, but its barely there. It's akin to eating one of the other flavors and someone whispering, "jalapeno," in your ear, over and over again. I like the texture a fair bit. You could take it and crumble it up and put it on a salad for some crunch. I give it the middle of the road rating for the lack of difference in flavor from one product to the next. I will definitely buy another box of one kind when I run out, and save a few bucks from the variety pack.

I purchased these to go into a box I leave out for the delivery guys - these were one of the first things to be chosen. They are pretty much like all the other 'all cheese' crackers out then in lots of different shapes. These are rectangles. They list different 'flavors' - but to me, they are all pretty close to the same. I try to change up the boxes over time, but I would buy these again because they are individually wrapped and easy to put out. They don't melt and are tasty. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. These were tasty but a bit too hard for me. I don’t have teeth and it was more than crunchy. Kind of brittle. They have and fresh smell and low carbohydrate as I wanted. I also liked how convenient it is as they are individually wrapped so I could carry it as snack. I shared with a coworker who has teeth and she found it was a bit too hard. I would not purchase due to that reason, but it is of good quality and tastes good. I now buy another brand that simply mellows in my mouth and really tasty.

I love this product and always have it on hand, but having three empty packages in one order really takes away from the experience. It’s frustrating when something you enjoy so much ends up feeling like a letdown because of quality control issues.

I love these things! I recently started watching what I eat and am 100% someone who is a salty, crunchy, savory snacker, and can only snack on veggies so long before I need something to change it up. These fit the bill and then some! Each package has two crunchy bars made with just cheese and they are just the right size- you can very easily eat one and be satisfied if you're looking to quell a craving for salt and crunch for just 150 calories. Each flavor is also really tasty- my favorite is probably the grilled cheese, but jalapeno is a close second! I always buy the variety pack because I love all of them and really don't want to have to choose just one! The fat content is a little high (about 12g total, 8g saturated for two bars) but has no trans fat. I'm not on the ketogenic diet and try to avoid sat fats in the rest of my diet, so all in all, not that bad! Again, these are really just craving killers, and I'm not the type to beat myself up about satisfying a craving. Highly recommend these if you're looking for a good snack to keep in your purse and have on-the-go!
