So my first pair ended up getting a small break at the hinge, but customer service sent me a brand new set! They were easy to work with!- The sound is great on these. Really helps block out sound around the office, working out, etc.- My favorite part is that if you forget to charge them, you can just plug them in with a standard headphone jack. LOVE THIS! I actually forgot to charge them and so I have currently am charging them while still playing music.- Finally, you probably should buy a case to protect them. In fact, I also put a small mouse for my computer in with them.Absolutely love these! I won't buy from anyone else.

Very nice headphones for the price. I especially like having the option to plug in the standard audio jack so i can continue using them without consuming batter. The build is fairly sturdy and fits well over the head, althogh I do wish the ear coverings where a bit wide. Good volume, and good (but not perfect) noise canceling. Battery usually lasts me all day.The only down side I'd have with them is they aren't in the sort of behind/in ear shape and instead sit more directly on top, but this really comes down to personal preference and just takes getting used to

I got the head set. Had an issue turning them on to connect bluetooth. Once that was accomplished. The sound was fine. easy to adjust the value. I listened to a TV program on Prime. 2 episodes , Liked that it could close off other sounds, so you could hear the people in the program. figured the on the ear version would be good. But it gets uncomfortable after a while 1.5 hours in my case.Was sitting is a recliner and turned my head and the ear piece came off. Hanging by 2 wires. It appears almost like you can reattach it but......I guess not. Can't find any information on the earpiece. Needless to say waste of money

Not super strong as far as sound proofing or sealage, they have great sound quality for cheap head phones. They can be sound-proofing at a higher volume. Bluetooth connection is fast and connects to all my devices, but sometimes I have to disconnect other bluetooth options to get them to work on one. I have phaiser 770 earbuds and i LOVE them. The only major downfall would be the small earpads. If you have large ears, they may rest awkwardly on the ear.

I like the fit and sound, but the wired cord came out of the box with a short. I’m constantly having to jiggle it to get sound. Very disappointed

This is the 3rd Phaiser product I have and I really like the others I had before, but this one needs to be improved its quality.In less than a week, the plastic arm broke! Nobody told me you have to take the headphones with both hands, if you use only one hand to manipulate them, they will break (they are no flexible or have support enough to be handled from only one side).I bought them a month in advance for a trip I'll have mid-February and I think they won't last to the date, I'm buying something different, waste of money.I'm lucky enough that they broke soon to return them, but I hate the waste of time and money to ship them back.

***UPDATE*** I contacted customer service & received an email back promptly. They sent me a band new replacement free of charge, didn't even have to pay for shipping!! That's why I love this company!Bought this for my son for his birthday as I've bought Phaiser before & was very satisfied these however broke in less than a month. When he took them off his head the ear piece completely fell off in his hand. These were a cheaply made disappointment. Don't waste your money.

Sound quality is better than I ever would have expected from these headphones, due to their low price and me not being familiar with the brand. Battery life is also very good. I can't believe they sound this good for being this inexpensive. Pairing them is very easy. These are certainly good for the office and home. Easy on and off. Easy fit. I prefer earbuds for working out, otherwise I reach for these.
