xcluma Dc 9A 300W Step Down Buck Converter 7-40V To 1.2-35V Power Module CC CV Current Voltage Control Function

I made a 12V battery charger using 12V 300W DC-DC Power supply.Does it work? Yes whole setup works perfectly.Problem: I purchased various branded and unbranded battery chargers and all of them failed. Even Bosch C3 Battery charger didn’t last long. Every time a battery charger fail, I have to spend 2000-5000 Rs.Solution: Build a custom battery charger with Oil cooling. As I noticed most battery charger failed either due to electrical fluctuation or High temperature.For my design only thing susceptible for failure is DC-DC Bulk convertor. Using oil cooling setup I am trying to reduce the chances of failure due to temperature. We can always replace bulk convertor at around 500 Rs. So it’s very cost effective.My total component cost was about 2000 Rs. Planning took a day and building everything took another day.For more information explore the diagrams attached here with. I Purchased everything from Amazon.inEvery similar components DC bulk convertor, Booster, Mobile battery chargers are all the same, just different brand names and sold by different sellers.Please give up vote if you find this helpful. Good product working as expected. Boosting current as voltage is stepped down.A cooling fan is recommended if it's used for long time with more than 4amp current.But one thing is that the manual says it is 8A converter but in Amazon 9A is mentioned.So Amazon kindly correct it.Overall nice product 👍👌

Best product for maximum load of 6amp after 6amp load it start heatingI am running tp link router from 24v battery by this buck converters it's work but i got missing product on my delivery so i returned and re ordered this

Stopped working only after a couple days.Can't even change the voltage on this thing.Current control wasn't even working since the very first day.Am I using it wrong, or is this piece really damaged, I can't say.But now it can't even get 22 volts out of a 24 volts power supply.And the worst part is, they won't even replace it. I have been waiting for their response since 4 days.Neither Amazon responds, nor the seller (xcluma)It's a complete ripoff of ₹450

Product arived nicly sealed pack, but it took long to come. Product seems to be substandard, not as per djscreaption out put is under 20 volt afert getting 35 volt DC, not tasted for Ampere on highest load. Iam sure it will not give even 8 amp as volatge can't go above 20 Volt.

The product looks good. Same as described in the Amazon. And the working is up to the mark. The voltage regulation is very very good.but for current limiting pot you should have bit knowledge of electronics .if any body is using it with a Chinese volt/amp meter there is a little complicasy. That can be cleared by if any body has a problem. Over all the product is good and is little annoying while adjusting current. In short it is a great product and is 8 amp. There is CV and constant current. By which the product price suits what it has. Rest satisfied with the performance. 6 out of 10 marks and there is also a big flaw in the voltage drop when I supplied it 33 volt the output I received was 28 volt which is very disturbing for making 30v bench power supply.
