Will just about work on any material which is softer? No problem with steel, brass, alluminium, stainless steel plastic etc.

Not made in England as per the product image. This wouldn't necessarily put me off though. The points were poorly ground , but seem to be central at first glance. The 1/8" punch didn't even have a point - it had a flat - thus useless, so I didn't bother checking if the rest of them worked well or if the points were off-centre. What's the point if the set is going back? Raise your outsourcing game, Eclipse.

This center punch set is well made and an excellent value. I like the machining and the larger round striking surface. Having a set of different sizes is a plus. They are made in Great Britain and not in China.

Does the job
