This company does really good at marketing this product, they are supper convincing the product works so i decided to purchase this product to give it a try. upon purchase they recommend you try it for a full 6 months, they offered 100% money back guarantee but they recommend you try it for a full 6 months first. I ordered mine directly from the website which at that point they require you to sign up for the subscription for 6 months so i did and ordered 6 months worth of shampoo and conditioner and used as exactly as directed, after two months the company tried to send me a refill of my subscription i was able to cancel that order at this time and than other 2 months goes by i get another email that they are going to send me another order and charge my card which it has not been 6 months yet, they are trying to ship early and charge my card early on two different occasions, when i tried to cancel the second order it would not allow me to do so on the their web page so i had to call and cancel my bank card. at that time i tried to call the spartan customer service number and got no answer, than i emailed them and explained to them that the product has made my hair loss worsen and they keep trying to send me out new orders early. when i got an email response from spartan they stated that the 100% money back guarantee is only good for 90 days, and if i keep my subscription they would refund 35% and this time i said no that the product has worsen my hair loss this product was a complete waste of time and money, also when you go on the website it does not even allow you to leave a review. Do NOT bother to waste your time and money on this product .
