This product works better than the original. Taken on an empty stomach, this product works within 30 minutes to less than an hour. You must allow adequate time in bed greater than 7 hours or more. You will feel groggy throughout the day if you go to bed late and wake up early (obviously). Highly recommended by far the best product on the market

Safer than others I’ve tried. does help me sleep but don’t take it to early and fight the feeling to sleep you will be up all night. Is a bit difficult to open but I have a child so it’s ok for me. Will buy again

This product really works about 30 minutes or so after taking it, I get drowsy and start falling a sleep. After I'm a sleep I am able to wake up and go use the restroom in the middle of the night then fall right back to sleep afterwards. People that have sleep Insomnia or can't get back to sleep after waking up, or can't switch off their mind during the night that keeps them from have a restful night's sleep....need to use this product!! Only draw back I've noticed while taking this product, is that in the morning when I do need to get up and moving... I feel a little drowsy, maybe I should only take half a pill instead of one whole pill. Anyway the morning drowsiness usually goes away quickly when I get up and move around, take my shower and drink my cup of coffee then I am kicking and ready to go for the day. The only other draw back is how it's packaged, it's a little hard to get out of it individual package. I guess that's a safety feature, so really that's No Biggie for me, but it may be for others. But over all this is a Great product to help one get a good nights sleep. It's a small pill that packs a huge punch, so take with caution, and test what works best for you a half of pill or one whole pill, please do not take no more then one pill per night there are risk in taking this....so use caution and speak to your doctor first before taking any medication and especially if you have any health issues. I care for everyone out there so please use good judgement and be safe first and foremost. So in saying this, I would highly recommend this product.

I remember back when I was a kid, when it was bedtime I slept like a baby. As I gotten older not so much and on occasion need a sleep aide to even get 6 hours of sleep. I have tried melatonin before and it just never seem to work well for me. The ZQuil Ultra worked very well. I was able to get a good not sleep, didn't feel groggy when I woke up. Helps me sleep well throughout the night, but I do find it hard to wake up in the morning and to have energy throughout the day when I take it.

It's difficult to prioritize sleep when your mind won't cooperate. 30 minutes after a zquill ultra I'm ready for a serious sleep. The first time taking it I was a bit groggy in the AM but after subsequent use waking up feels like a renewal after a restful sleep Zquill ultra has been a sanity saver.
