I’ve used these in 3 different stacks. Stack 1 was 3 caps of genius mushrooms, 500 mg of time released niacin, and a microdose of another mushroom that will not be named. Stack 2 was all of stack 1 plus my bulletproof coffee coffee recipe. That is organic coffee, mct oil, ghee, cayenne pepper, raw cocoa powder, ginger, cumin, turmeric, and a mix of chia, flax, and hemp seeds. Stack 3 is just 3 caps of genious mushrooms, 500mg of niacin, and black coffee. Each stack is taken on an empty stomach, after about 12-16 hours of fasting depending on my schedule and after weightlifting exercise. Now all that being said, here’s my review of each. First of all taking genius mushrooms on their own is very impressive. Enhanced focus, mental clarity, brain fog’s gone, and uplifted mood for the rest of the day. Great stuff! BUT what really surprised me is how AMAZING it is when stacked. I’ve taken stacks 1 and 2 for a few years now and I absolutely love them but I’ve always felt like something was missing. I’m absolutely convinced that this supplement s the missing ingredient. Maybe it’s this little mushroom family having a reunion with the microdose in the stacks that makes it so good but holy crap am I impressed. Basically every good side effect I mentioned gets amplified tenfold with the most amazing wave of euphoria and bliss I’ve ever felt on top of that. It’s absolutely incredible. I started using it for meditation and MAN has that turned into an adventure lol. I convinced my 72 year old step grandfather to try stack 1 because he is a vietnam veteran who still suffers tremendously from ptsd and never seen him so happy. He would take stack 1 every 4 days(never told him what the microdose was) and stack 3 every day except the 4th day. Anyway in short this product is amazing but it’s true potential can only be realized when stacked properly. I highly recommend whoever’s reading this to try these stacks or at least recommend them to anyone suicidal, depressed, or in a bad place in their lives. I tried the product on multiple occasions, but it always resulted in having terrible head aches. The ones where it seems like they screw a steel strap on your head. I didn't feel any benefits as described sadly enough.
