The most beautiful rug ever.
If it wouldn't be weird, I would put this rug in every room in my house. It is so gorgeous in real life. The pattern is clear, bold, and vibrant. The fabric feels very high-quality and soft. It seems like it will hold up well. The velcro system keeps it in place very well, though vacuuming can sometimes make wrinkles that need to be smoothed out. My pets love to lay on it, and they do not scratch at it like other rugs. They clean up really well with a steamer. Even though I was a bit skeptical of the Ruggable price point at first, I ended up buying a runner in another Wm. Morris pattern and an Iris Apfel large rug for our bedroom once they were on sale. I'm not a very big fan.

Very good quality
For a rug that's not really a rug, these are gorgeous and feel terrific to walk on. My huskies are very happy. I feel confident that they will stand up to the traffic of dogs and their humans and, even though they are pricey, the thick padding and quality of the material appears to be worth it. I would buy these again and recommend them to friends.

Beautiful Pattern + Easy Care
This rug is very elegant β beautiful pattern, soft colors, lays flat, exceptionally easy to clean even with two very large dogs! It is quite thin, as you might expect of something that can be laundered, and I did choose the thinner high-traffic pad because of the dogs. I am very satisfied, and I also received first rate service from the seller when I screwed up the delivery address.

Dogs plus beautiful rugs = Ruggable
I love the design and the quality of this rug. My previous ruggable rug in my bedroom looks great after many washings, so I know this one for my living room will be the same. I have nursed several senior dogs through their last years and regular rugs become a mess. I would never choose between a pet or a rug. Pet wins every time. With ruggable I don't have to choose.

It's a beautiful print, just not really loving the pad or the thickness of the rug itself.
I ordered this rug to use in my office (which I am still moving into from another house, so pardon the dizzying amount of mismatched patterns in the photo). The pattern is absolutely gorgeous. It looks exactly like it does online. The rug fits the space perfectly, but as a 5 x 7, I actually had a hard time getting the pad on and getting the rug to sit straight on it. I tried rolling it onto the pad, and had my husband help, but we always got some sort of "bubble" along the edges, or some wrinkles in the middle. I think for a smaller rug, this probably isn't an issue, but for this 5 x 7 (and I would assume for bigger), it's a lot of rug to try and line up correctly, particularly since the ENTIRE rug sticks to the pad (not just edges) and it's very light and folds easily, so if you don't have a huge space to move around it while you try to get it on straight (we did not), it's not terribly easy. I ended up ditching the pad completely, and used a regular, non-slip rubber waffle pad that I had purchased a few years ago for another rug. I put that down, and threw this on top and it worked great. The only issue is that since the pad this rug comes with makes up so much of the thickness, the rug itself is pretty thin, even laying on top of a no-slip waffle pad. It ended up working out since I roll my office chair around on top of it, and the pad is helping to grip it and keep it from moving, but i was really hoping it would have a bit more density and thickness itself, so it wasn't as prone to gather and wrinkle as it is. Having it be thicker would also made it a LOT easer to get it on the pad, because if it would have been easier to handle and not as prone to wrinkling. I get that thinner rugs are easier to wash, but, in this case, more bulk would not have precluded me throwing it in the wash. I have another 5 x 7 washable rug and a 3 x 7 washable runner I had purchased from Ruggable awhile ago, and they don't separate have pads. They are a thick polyester blend weave, with an epically durable backing, and I just roll them up and put them in my washer (an LE type with a deep drum). They are fade resistant, and wear resistant and I've washed them quite a few times (I have big dogs). They are the best rugs I've ever owned, and I was actually expecting that quality with this one, so I'm a bit disappointed that they've changed so much. We'll see how this works out, but I may end up looking for other washables in the future without the pad, at least for bigger sizes.

As advertised
My cleaning lady thought ruggable would be a bad idea. I decided to give it a try anyway. The rug arrived as scheduled. I was able to lay it out on my kitchen floor exactly as I had thought I would. The top fit very nicely and snuggly on the padding. So far so good. This morning, I spilled an entire container of feta cheese along with the smelly, sour brine. Oh dear. I quickly threw a dishcloth on the puddle of brine, fold it up the rug top and brought it downstairs to the washing machine. As instructed, I washed it in cold water, a less than aggressive cycle, and did not add fabric softener or bleach. When the washing machine was done I simply hung the wet rug over the railing of the back porch so it could dry in the sun. About an hour later the rug was dry and clean. It very easily attached back on the padding. I'm happy to say my cleaning lady was wrong. This product is fabulous. The extra thick padding is wonderful to walk on and the top cleans perfectly. What a wonderful idea for washable rugs that are quite pretty. I look forward to buying more in the future.

Magical print π³ π¦ π¦ π
Absolutely in love with this rug. The pattern is what really caught my eye and, being a mom to littles, the durability of it was an added bonus! Iβve received so many compliments on the pattern, too. Itβs a great place to read fairytales to the kids. Love bringing the magic into my home with this print.
