I am very familiar with ZMA products over the last 10 years. I use them primarily to sleep better. I gave this a try to see how boron affected me. I did not feel drowsy as with every other ZMA product I’ve used. I used the entire bottle, taking as described. Less than 10% of the nights did I notice feeling sleepy on-time. And about 20% of the nights, I had trouble falling asleep. Definitely different. My body certainly didn’t react to it the same way as boronless ZMA. Otherwise, I’m sure it’s a good product and does the job with high quality ingredients.
