I really like this scale. I have one that is white and plastic which is completely adequate, but I wanted one for home as well as one for the office and I really prefer this one because it is easy to read and I like how the weight feels. It was also a great price.

This thing is amazing, useful and VERY solid. As in: if you accidentally drop this thing, it's gonna be loud enough to ring your bells!

As a plans examiner, I had to have my own set of rulers and scales and this was the best I could find! Sturdy, doesn’t scratch easily, and sticks out from all the cheaply plastic ones in my office. Great first ruler for your Olán checking tasks!

Use this daily for reviewing city plans. The ruler is firm and not sharp around edges. Scale is accurate as far as I can tell. Color is distinctive. My only complaints are it makes a loud ping when it taps against anything sturdy and you can't easily clean off marker stains.

I work out of my truck so my space is limited, that being said the scale is nice and more durable than my other plastic one but it's a little heavy so it tends to slide when drawing field notes. I know it's not meant to be used as a straight edge but it's the quickest way to keep my notes to scale.

This Engineering scale is very well designed and constructed. The contrast of the white numbers and marks against the black make it easy to read. Metal is sturdy enough but not too heavy.

Always had used plastic or wooden ones. They always seemed to get dropped and then a chip would occur. therefore you could not draw a straight line with them. Also easy to read numbers etched in this one.

I mean it’s a ruler right? Does it measure? Check! That said it does give off an air of awesomeness and is surely to impress anyone who may see you using it.
